Each office has a Make It Rain display board on the wall with our real estate agents who work that specific region marked as “raindrops.” The higher your raindrop is on the board, the more transactions you’ve done. It’s a fun, friendly competition in the office. We also award an Agent of the Year who not only completes real estate sales but also attends our community events.
